Are Your Products Safe?

Our products undergo testing to ensure quality standards are met. We take product quality seriously and have processes and procedures to ensure only the best quality products are offered for sale.

Where Do You Get Your Products?

We get our products directly from the source, so you can be assured you receive the real product you purchase.

Do You Test Your Products?

Yes, we test all products firsthand to ensure it adheres to our high-quality standards. We have various quality checks to ensure that each product is ready for sale. 

Can I Become A Product Tester?

We do not offer product testing to the public because we want to be sure any products we give to customers are of the highest quality and work as intended. 

If we receive new products that have passed our rigorous testing, we sometimes offer loyal and long-time members a chance at trying the new products before they hit our shop.

How Do I List My Products on Your Website?

If you have any products you would like to offer on our website; please get in touch with our support email. 

Please include the Brand Name, Website, Links to Reviews, a List of Products, How the Brand Has Been in Business, and a Price List.

Can I Ask Questions on How to Use a Product?

Yes, our team is more than happy to help you with any questions you might have. 

However, our advice should not be used in place of a licensed physician, and you should do your own research to ensure a product is right for you.

Is There a Minimum Order Amount?

There is no order minimum amount.

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

We take Interac E-Transfer and Bitcoin as forms of payment.

How Do I Place an Order?

Pick your products and once your cart is full, enter in your billing information & place your order. Double-check that your products and information are correct before submitting your order. 

We take Interac E-transfer or Bitcoin as payment methods. You will receive an email with payment instructions.

What Happens if I Provided a Wrong Mailing Address?

A package with an incorrect mailing address cannot be recovered and reimbursed. Please double-check to ensure your mailing address is correct before submitting your order. 

Where Can I Find My Email Confirmation & Payment Instructions?

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.  If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you do not receive a confirmation email, you can contact support, and we will assist you.

Where Do You Ship To?

We ship throughout Canada via Canada Post. If Canada Post can reach you, so can we. 

Do You Ship to the USA?

No, we do not ship outside of Canada. 

Where Do You Ship From?

We ship from inside Canada, so your package will not go through customs.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping is $25, and free shipping is available for orders over $350

Can I Track My Package?

Yes, we send tracking after dropping your package off at Canada Post. You should receive your tracking number within 2 business days upon ordering.

What Do I Do if I Don't Get a Tracking Number?

If you don’t receive your tracking number after 2 business days, first check your spam folder. If you still cannot find your tracking number, reply to your confirmation email and contact support, and we will assist you.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Shipping typically takes between 3-5 business days. Alternatively, you can select priority shipping and receive your package in 1-3 business days.

Do You Ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we ship to PO boxes.

Is There a Risk of My Package Being Seized?

All mail shipped within Canada does not pass through customs. Canadian law states that domestic mail can only be opened by the receiver and therefore cannot be seized. 

Do You Require a Signature Upon Delivery?

Yes, we require a signature upon delivery as part of our guaranteed delivery program. You can also opt for no signature, but the responsibility of lost orders falls upon yourself.

What if Canada Post Loses My Package?

If Canada Post loses your package and it is undelivered in their system, and no signature was received, contact us, and we will send out a replacement order. However, if Canada Post marks your package as “Delivered,” and your signature verifies delivery, we will consider your package as delivered. If you select the no signature option, you take on the risks of lost packages. 

Is There a Place I Can Pick Up My Order?

No, we do not offer in-store pick-ups. We only offer mail-order services. 

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

You can check your order status by logging into your account and visiting the Orders section. You can also check your email to find your tracking number and visit Canada Post’s website.

What Are Reward Points?

Rewards points can be redeemed for discounts on orders.

There are many ways to earn rewards points:

  • Get welcome rewards points by creating an account
  • Earn cashback in rewards points on each dollar spent
  • Leave reviews for products that you have purchased and get points per review
  • Leave a Google review and email us a screenshot of the review and we will manually credit your account with rewards points.
How do I redeem my points?

Points can be redeemed on the “cart” page. They will apply to your current items so be sure your cart is not empty!

Is there a first-time buyer promotion?

How do I use coupon codes and promos?

You can enter valid coupon codes at your cart page in the coupon code box. Note that there are limits on many coupons and many can only be used once.

Do You Allow Returns or Refunds?

All products are final sales, there are no returns or exchanges.

What Do I Do if I Got a Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Item?

If you have a defective, missing, or get the wrong item, we will help resolve this for you right away. Please send a screenshot (if applicable) so we can best help fix any issues.
