Ordering & Payments
There is no order minimum amount.
We take Interac E-Transfer and Bitcoin as forms of payment.
Pick your products and once your cart is full, enter in your billing information & place your order. Double-check that your products and information are correct before submitting your order.

A package with an incorrect mailing address cannot be recovered and reimbursed. Please double-check to ensure your mailing address is correct before submitting your order.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship throughout Canada via Canada Post. If Canada Post can reach you, so can we.
No, we do not ship outside of Canada.
We ship from inside Canada, so your package will not go through customs.
Shipping is $25, and free shipping is available for orders over $350
Yes, we send tracking after dropping your package off at Canada Post. You should receive your tracking number within 2 business days upon ordering.
If you don’t receive your tracking number after 2 business days, first check your spam folder. If you still cannot find your tracking number, reply to your confirmation email and contact support, and we will assist you.
Shipping typically takes between 3-5 business days. Alternatively, you can select priority shipping and receive your package in 1-3 business days.
Yes, we ship to PO boxes.
All mail shipped within Canada does not pass through customs. Canadian law states that domestic mail can only be opened by the receiver and therefore cannot be seized.
Yes, we require a signature upon delivery as part of our guaranteed delivery program. You can also opt for no signature, but the responsibility of lost orders falls upon yourself.
If Canada Post loses your package and it is undelivered in their system, and no signature was received, contact us, and we will send out a replacement order. However, if Canada Post marks your package as “Delivered,” and your signature verifies delivery, we will consider your package as delivered. If you select the no signature option, you take on the risks of lost packages.
No, we do not offer in-store pick-ups. We only offer mail-order services.
You can check your order status by logging into your account and visiting the Orders section. You can also check your email to find your tracking number and visit Canada Post’s website.
Promotions & Rewards
Rewards points can be redeemed for discounts on orders.
There are many ways to earn rewards points:
- Get welcome rewards points by creating an account
- Earn cashback in rewards points on each dollar spent
- Leave reviews for products that you have purchased and get points per review
- Leave a Google review and email us a screenshot of the review and we will manually credit your account with rewards points.

Returns & Refunds
All products are final sales, there are no returns or exchanges.
